All our online item prices are Nett price. No discounts will be given unless

Substitution |
Our product and services are subject to availability. In the event that the type of
item(s), flowers, or colour is not available due to seasonal or unforeseen
circumstances, Roses are Red will substitute with similar element of equal or
greater value. |

Payment |
For Online Payments : VISA, MASTERCARD for online payments.

Delivery |
Flower will be delivered over the time range selected by the customers. However,
at times, due to unpredictable traffic condition and unforeseen circumstances,
delivery arrival time may be out of the requested time range. However, this would
be minimal.
A S$25 delivery surcharge for delivery arranged before or after office hour (Time
slot 7:00am - 8.:30am or 6:00pm - 8:00pm), Sunday and Public Holiday.*
A S$20 delivery surcharge for delivery to Islands and remote locations.*
A S$15.00 - S$25.00 surcharge apply per attempt for redirected or subsequent
deliveries for reasons beyond the control of Roses are Red such as incorrect
address given, failure of recipient to receive order, recipient is not present at the
address given within hours during which delivery was requested etc.*

Email
Money method which would be emailed with acknowledgement. |

Cancellations |
Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time.
Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable. No refund
should the cancellation be made after delivery had been attempted. |
